Ramon C. Garcia is the President and CEO of TransPhil Real Estate—a real estate company which has its roots in TransPhil Land Corporation. In 2019, he took over the company and contributed to its evolution into TransPhil Real Estate.
He acquired a bachelor’s degree in Management, majoring in Communications Technology from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2008. In 2016, he graduated with an Executive MBA from the Asian Institute of Management while serving as TransPhil Land Corporation AVP for Finance.
As Vice President, Rafael takes charge of managing the specifications and requirements of each and every property of TransPhil Real Estate. He currently leads TransPhil Real Estate alongside his brother, President and CEO, Ramon C. Garcia III.
After graduating in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Management from De La Salle University Manila, he took the uncommon route of immediately getting involved with the family business as Sales Manager of TransPhil Land Corporation.
